Food Wednesday is a weekly blog post I’ve been doing for years. Having always loved the Wednesday newspaper food sections, I decided I’d cull all of them and bring you my three favorite recipes of the week. As a long time cooking teacher, my goal is to curate recipes that inspire you in the kitchen. Expect to be introduced to new tips and techniques, amazing writers from our the globe, ingredients that are at the peak of their seasons, and methods for fitting more cooking into your every day life. They aren’t simply links either. I’ll shed some light on each recipe by commenting myself on why I like it. You’ll hear about ingredient substitutions, ways to make a recipe quicker or prep it in advance, and how to pull it off when you’ve already got a crazy day.
There is an onslaught of recipes out there these days. Think of Food Wednesday as that trusted friend who knocks on your door with something delicious and tells you why you’re going to love it.
