Melissa Clark always writes great articles and delicious recipes. In today’s NY Times, her recipe for Olive Oil Poached Halibut with mint looks so simple, fresh, and tasty. In today’s LA Times, the Spring Soup of Greens and Pasta looks so satisfying. I love chard so it would probably be my green of choice but, the recipe suggests kale, dandelion, and beet greens as well. A perfect light and healthy soup that comes together in a snap.
Janet Fletcher wrote a great article in the SF Chronicle about Soul Food, California Style. The recipes look authentic and so yummy, especially that oven roasted chicken and the sweet potato pancakes.
